Manny is an experienced boxer of 24 years and has been a personal trainer for 15 years. He loves training people and helping make a difference in their lives.

Manny’s been teaching boxing as a way to improve fitness to individuals and large groups for over a decade. He's looking forward to helping you bring out your very best.

360 Challenge

PHASE 1

Participants will choose which time to take a fitness test starting August 6-8, 2021.

Fitness Test Time Options


Friday 8/6/21: 5:30PM, 6:30PM
Saturday 8/7/21: 9AM, 10:30AM, 12:00PM

Sunday 8/8/21: 3:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM

PHASE 2

Nutrition and Exercise plans will be given for you to follow. The more consistent and disciplined you are, the more points you will be able to earn for your team and the more progress you will see!!!

The 360 Challenge will consist of 3 major categories that will monitor your progress during the 8 week time period.

- Weight Loss
- Conditioning
- Workout Calendar (point system)

This will be an 8 week-long team challenge with 2-3 people in each group.


The challenge will cost $75 for Nomad Boxing Club members, and $100 for non-members. Along with other cash prizes, there will be opportunities to win your money back!
 

This is a team challenge, however, the individual with the most improvement can still win prizes regardless of team average.

Those with the longest plank, longest wall sit, and overall improvement by the end of the challenge will earn the top prizes. However, there will be plenty of other prizes throughout the challenge such as a chance to win personal training sessions, or a free monthly unlimited pass at Nomad Boxing club, and so much more!
